Ayodhya Ram Mandir- Declared Public Holiday on January 22 By These States, Will Banks Be Closed Too?

Declared As Holiday: The first photo of the veiled idol was released at the inauguration ceremony. The idol is 51 inches of Ram Lalla Idol and weighs 1.5 tons it depicts Lord Ram as his five-year-old child standing on the lotus flower, also made of stone.

Ram Mandir Inaugurations Insights and Details 

“Pran Pratishta” ceremony will be held on January 22nd in Ayodhya. It will be inaugurated by our honorable Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi, the so-called ‘Pran Prathishta’ ceremony, and a team of priests, agni, flowers, and mantras which is led by Laxmikant Dixit as its main rituals. Several celebrities and celebrities were also invited to the ceremony. “Ram Rala Puran Pratishta in Ayodhya will be celebrated across India on January 22, 2024. To enable employees to participate in the celebrations, all central government offices, and central institutions across India, have decided that the central industrial sector will be closed for half a day until 2:30 pm on January 22,” as per the official reports from the government. In the related developments, the Bar Council Of India has appealed to the chief justice of India. In requisition of closure of all courts across India on behalf of the inauguration ceremony on January 22, 2024, which is taking place in Uttar Pradesh. The grand ceremony is all set to begin at 12.30 PM on Monday

Ram Mandir Inauguration Live Telecast Details

The ceremony will be broadcast live on Doordarshan’s DD News and DD National Channel. Doordarshan shares its streams with other news agencies and also provides YouTube links to other channels.
The temple is located in UP and is the birthplace of Shri Ram. The height of the temple is 161 feet, which is about 70% of the height of Qutub Minar.

Delhi: The Delhi Government Has officially announced that the national capital will remain closed until 2:30 pm on Monday, January 22, 2024 account of the Ram Mandir Inauguration.
 
Uttar Pradesh: In the home state, UP – Chief Minister Mr Yogi Adityanath on Monday announced the closure of educational institutions and liquor shops across the state and few educational institutions are to closed.
 
Maharashtra: The Government of Maharashtra has announced Monday, January 22 as a public holiday. Later in the day, the exchange announced that Monday will be a trading holiday, but Saturday, January 20th will be a full business day.
 
Assam: North The eastern state of Assam on Monday announced a half-day closure of all educational and government institutions in the state till 2:30 pm.
 
Haryana: All schools in Haryana were ordered a holiday on Monday, 22 Jan for the inauguration of the Temple in UP. In addition, alcohol will be prohibited in the state on January 22nd.
 
Chandigarh: The union jurisdiction of Chandigarh declared a holiday for all offices on Monday.
 
Goa: The Goa government on Monday declared a holiday for schools and civil servants on the occasion of the inauguration of President Ram Mandir.
 
Madhya Pradesh: The government on Monday announced school as a public holiday and banned the sale of liquor and ‘bhang’ in the state. However, government offices in the state will be closed until 2:30 p.m.
 
Gujarat: In the  Gujarat state all government sectors will be closed till 2:30 pm on Monday.
 
Chhattisgarh: The government of Chhattisgarh has announced that all government offices will be closed till 2:30 pm on Monday.
 
Pondicherry: The Union Territory of Pondicherry has announced a public holiday on Monday.
 
Rajasthan: The state has announced a holiday for the entire state on Jan 22, 2024, on account of the celebration on the Ram Mandir ceremony
Odisha: All Government sector and institutions in the state will be closed for half a day on Monday till 2.30 pm, on Jan 22 – 2024 
 
Uttarakhand: All educational institutions and government sector in Uttarakhand will be closed on Monday till 2.30 P.m. only 
Tripura: All government offices in Tripura will be closed till 2.30 pm on Jan 22
